Beta Terms of Use

Who may use the Beta

The Beta is available only to named people who have been invited and are aged 18 or over. An invitation is personal and must not be shared. Public self-registration is not available.

A service being tested

The service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Beta access may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or testing.

The Beta is free. No payment details are requested and no subscription is created.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and current. Information is supplied by the profile owner and is not medically verified.

Do not upload another person’s health information without proper authority. You must have each emergency contact’s permission before publishing their details.

You control which supported fields are marked Scannable. Anyone with the tag link can view published Scannable information without signing in.

Not a medical or emergency service

x))) Connect is not a medical service, does not provide professional medical advice and does not replace emergency services.

We cannot guarantee that a patch will be scanned, that a phone supports NFC, that a network connection is available or that the website will always be available. Do not use the Beta as the only source of emergency or medical information. In a life-threatening emergency in the UK, call 999.

Disabled Beta features

Location sharing, HELP alerts, documents, driving-licence information, insurance, breakdown cover, vehicles, child, pet and worker profiles, detailed scan analytics, payments and subscriptions are disabled.

Standard NFC patches

The patch stores only its web address and remains a standard rewritable NFC tag. Disabling or deleting a Connect link does not physically disable the patch; you can rewrite it using a compatible app.
