How United Kingdom Uncovered Limited, trading as ANOMALY handles personal information for the invite-only x))) Connect Beta.
Draft for final human legal review before Beta invitations are sent.
Who is responsible
United Kingdom Uncovered Limited, trading as ANOMALY is the data controller. Company number 10836462. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. The product is described to customers as x))) Connect by ANOMALY.
Information we collect
Account information includes your email address, authentication record, invitation record, account activity and Beta feedback. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not visible to the x))) Connect team.
You may voluntarily enter an ICE name, profile photo, pronouns, blood group, critical conditions, allergies, medication, emergency instructions, communication or accessibility needs, a review date, and emergency-contact names, relationships and telephone numbers. Health information is special-category personal data under UK data-protection law.
Private, Scannable and hidden information
Fields marked Private remain available only in your signed-in account. Fields marked Not used are excluded. Fields marked Scannable may appear publicly while the profile and tag are active.
Anyone who scans your tag or obtains its permanent link may view published Scannable information without logging in. Emergency-contact names, relationships and telephone numbers may be displayed. You must obtain each emergency contact’s agreement before publishing their details.
Private and hidden information is not returned by the public page or public response.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use account and patch information to provide and secure the Beta, manage invitations, respond to requests, prevent misuse and maintain minimal operational records.
We store and display health and emergency information only when you give explicit publication consent. That explicit consent is the condition relied on for processing the special-category health information you voluntarily supply and choose to publish. It is recorded separately from marketing preferences.
Withdrawing consent and your rights
You can withdraw publication consent at any time by changing a field from Scannable, unpublishing the profile or deleting your account. Unpublishing removes public ICE information while leaving your account editable.
From Account and privacy you can access, correct and export your information or request deletion. You may also contact the privacy address below. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you further rights, including restriction or objection.
Retention and deletion
Active account information is retained while your Beta account remains open and as needed to operate and secure the Beta. We do not state a fixed period where the configured system does not provide one.
Account deletion removes the authentication account, ICE profile, contacts, patch records, feedback and publication-consent records from the live system. Retired random patch codes and a non-identifying deletion event remain so deleted links cannot be issued to someone else.
Lovable Cloud manages operational backups. Deleted information may remain in protected backups until those backups rotate under the provider’s operational schedule; backups are not used to restore an individual deleted account. The precise backup deletion schedule requires final confirmation before invitations are sent.
Services used
The deployed website is hosted through Lovable. Lovable Cloud provides the managed database, authentication and server functions used by the Beta. Account emails are handled through Lovable Cloud’s managed authentication email service; a custom sending domain is not yet confirmed.
No advertising network is used. The Beta does not request scanner location, and detailed scan analytics are disabled.
